Juan Garcia Diezsofias
Juan García Díez is graduated in Veterinary Medicine from University of León (Spain) in 2003, completed a MSc in Biotechnology and Food Quality in 2009 at University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD) and concluded the my PhD in Food Safety at UTAD in 2015. Currently, he is an integrated member of the Animal and Veterinary Research Centre. In the last five years, he published 57 scientific reports, 23 papers in international peer review journals, 1 in national journal, 4 book chapters, 9 oral presentations and 20 poster presentations. Also, he joined to the NEOH - Networking for Evaluation of One Health project in 2015 and participate in the project of the FCT “Portuguese traditional meat products: strategies to improve safety and quality” (PTDC/AGR-ALI/119075/2010).
